Rate Change - Rate Sheet Identification (FC systems)
A new Origination field has been added to Rate Sheets to help you identify how a Rate Sheet was created.
Previously, Rate Sheets did not indicate whether they were created from scratch or through the Rate Change feature. (Using Rate Change eliminates the need to manually update each client's Rate Sheet when new rates take effect.) Since duplicate Rate Sheet names are allowed, it could be difficult to distinguish between them.
The new Origination field identifies Rate Sheets created through the Rate Change process.

Claims Data Validation (GCM systems)
The system validates required client information before generating claims to help identify missing data that could prevent successful claim processing.
If any required information is missing, an error message will be displayed identifying the specific data that needs to be completed.
When billing claims, the following client information is required:
- Client First Name
- Client Last Name
- Date of Birth (DOB)
- Gender
- Client Full Address
- Primary Diagnosis
- Insurance
Reviewing Claim Errors
When required client information is missing:
- The system displays an error message identifying the missing information.
- The error message is retained on the activity for later review.
- You can review the message to determine which client information needs to be completed.

New Error Indicator
A new red error symbol has been added to the claims view to help you quickly identify activities that could not be properly processed due to data issues.
This makes it easier to locate activities requiring attention without opening each activity individually. If an activity displays an error, click the date hyperlink to review the error message and complete the missing client information identified by the system.
