Apostrophe in Email Addresses

 

Previously, agency users in both Foster Care and GCM experienced navigation issues if their login email address contained an apostrophe (e.g., dennis.o’leary@domain.com). The system has been updated to fully support email addresses with apostrophes.

 

eR Inbox Matching Algorithm

 

Agency users can receive emails directly in extendedReach via an @erinbox.com address. The matching logic that determines the intended therapist based on the email address has been improved. Previously, the system could fail when multiple potential matches existed—for example, finding the inbox for John Doe (jdoe@erinbox) could be confused by the presence of Paul Jonathan Doe (pjdoe@erinbox). The update ensures the correct therapist inbox is reliably identified.

 

Case Relationships


When a report or activity is configured with “Specify involved participants from People tab”, agency users can select names from the case’s relationship list to include as participants. Previously, if a person was removed from the case, their name would no longer appear in previously completed reports or activities. The system has been updated so that former participants continue to be displayed even after being removed from the case.
