Updates to Existing Features

Compliance Colors

For Foster Care customers, a new option called “System: Differentiate between missing (gray) and due (red) items on compliance tracking” is available in Organizational Settings.

When this option is enabled, extendedReach introduces a gray icon to represent compliance items that have not yet been entered. Previously, these items appeared in red.

This feature allows users to easily distinguish between two scenarios:

  • Red: The item is past due or has expired.
  • Gray: The item is missing (not yet entered).

This enhancement applies to the Client, Home Provider, and Therapist compliance screens.

Bug Fixes

“Other” Checkbox Option

Resolved an issue where custom form fields using an “Other” checkbox option displayed the entered value twice in the form description when “Show in description” was selected. This fix applies to both Foster Care and GCM customers.
