Foster Care - Restrict "Performed By" Selection to Self
A new option is available that limits the Performed By drop-down to only the logged-in user (and, if applicable, the default user). This ensures users cannot select another name when completing the Performed By prompt.
You can configure this option under: Organization Settings > User Groups > [User Group] > Edit by enabling the Show the currently logged-in work as the only option in "Performed By" checkbox.

Updates to Existing Features
SFTP and Zoho Export
Binary-encoded data has been suppressed from SFTP and Zoho exports. Including these files (such as embedded base64 images) was causing issues in some downstream systems.
This information is still available through the website via case file downloads and data export processes.
Bug Fixes
Foster Family Portal – Shared Files Loading Issue Resolved
This is resolved. Fixed an issue where the Foster Family website would fail to load if a child had more than 1,400 shared files available in the portal.
Foster Care – Invalid Due Date Formula Handling Fixed
This is resolved. Fixed an issue where reports configured to auto-generate after certain actions (e.g., completion of another report) would fail to create if an error occurred in the due date logic. Now, the report is created with an undefined due date instead of failing entirely.
