Introduction
This article will walk you through the process of using the SFTP Delta feature. This new feature streamlines data transfers for both GCM and Foster Care customers by ensuring that only new and updated records are sent through scheduled SFTP transmissions. With a simple “Delta Only” checkbox, available in each system’s settings, customers can reduce file sizes and simplify data management. A “Delta Cutoff Date” field tracks the last successful transmission and can be adjusted to resend data from any point in time.
Additionally, deleted records are captured separately in a dedicated Deletes.csv file, making it easy to track and reconcile changes.
Prerequisites
An extendedReach User ID with one of the following user permissions:
- Full Administrator
- Restricted Administrator - Forms Administration
