Updates to Existing Features
Email Alerts
In both Foster Care and GCM, a Subject column has been added to the Email Alerts view. This new column displays the subject line that will appear in the email message generated by each alert, allowing users to quickly identify the purpose of each alert at a glance.
Bug Fixes
Printing Face Sheets
Resolved an issue that caused the Foster Care system to hang when printing face sheets. This occurred when a client photo was stored as a “Report Type” containing a PDF with an embedded image. The system now supports using PDF documents as images in report types.
Client Last Name Field – Apostrophe Fix
Fixed an issue where apostrophes were being removed from the Client Last Name field in the GCM system. This issue was limited to GCM. If apostrophes were removed from existing names before this fix, you will need to manually re-enter them.
