Updates to Existing Features

 

 

Foster Family Website - Expiration Dates Added to the Reminders List

 

For the Foster Care system the reminders section in the foster family website will now display activities and reports configured with an expiration date that will expire within the upcoming 90 day window.

 

 

Training Registration Email - Sent From alerts@extendedreach.com

 

In the Foster Care system when there is a registration for a training the confirmation email will now be sent from alerts@extendedreach.com to prevent mail systems from misidentifying the message as SPAM or refusing delivery. The reply to field will be the agency email address for responses to be routed properly.

 

 

Bug Fixes

 

 

Billing - Claims Processing is Failing if an Activity with Multiple CPT Codes has an Additional Code that is Blank

 

This has been resolved for the General Case Management system. The claims generation process will ignore the incomplete CPT entry and run as expected.

 

 

Cases - When Using the Accept Referral + Open Case Feature the List of Rate Level Options is Not Displaying Properly

 

This has been resolved for the Foster Care system. Now when using the accept referral + open case feature the rate level field will show the complete list of options when the dialog pop-up first displays.
