General Case Management: Cross Organization Access for Non-Administrators

Introduction

 

This article will walk you through how to provide cross organization access to a non-administrator user in the general case management system. This is a two part process and both parts will need to be completed in order for successful cross organization access to occur.

 

This access is for caseworkers who need to perform casework in two organizations within your agency.

 

 

Prerequisites

 

An extendedReach User ID with Full Administrator permissions is needed to grant this access.
