Email Clients - Sent From alerts@extendedreach.com
In the General Case Management system the email clients feature will now be sent from alerts@extendedreach.com instead of the logged in users email with the reply to field set to the logged in users email address.
KidTraks - Filename Format Selection on Activity Type
In the Foster Care system a new feature was added to activity type templates to allow for the selection of a specific filename format to implement when sending data to the KidTraks system. If not selected on the activity, the system will select the most appropriate filename format given the context.
Bug Fixes
Field Codes - Supervisor Signature Field Code <*SS> Failing to Populate Signature Image on Custom Forms
This has been resolved for both the Foster Care and General Case Management systems. The supervisor signature field code should now populate as expected.
