Export Data - Staff Document and Training Attachments
For the Foster Care system there is a new export data option that can be available to export staff training and staff document attachments such as PDFs, Word documents, etc. To request a custom export tool for your system please contact Support or your Customer Success Manager.

Incidents Report - Incidents by Month (Workspace > Summaries Menu > Casework > Incidents) Status Column Not Updating from Submitted to Completed When Requiring Multiple Approvals
This has been resolved for the Foster Care system. Now when the final approver completes the report the status column will update from submitted to completed.
Case File Download - Including Additional Data for the Case Not in the Filtered View to Download When the Report or Activity Names are the Same Left of Parentheses Such as Progress Note (AM) and Progress Note (PM)
This has been resolved for the Foster Care system. Now when the case file download is filtered for an activity such as Progress Notes (AM) it will no longer also download Progress Note (PM) unless filtered for it.
