General Case Management - Restrict Access to Activities and Reports

Introduction

 

This article will walk you through the process of restricting user access to selected case activities and reports. This will prevent a user from accessing confidential information on the select activities and reports.

 

Please Note: After enabling the setting System: Hide confidential information (case notes and file attachments) from staff not associated with case/home for system administrators or other needed users to access confidential information again the following permissions will need to be to be enabled on their User ID/User Group

 

  • Access confidential information for all cases
  • Access confidential information for all homes

 

 

Prerequisites

 

An extendedReach User ID with Full Administrator user permissions.
