Email Alerts - Appointment Event Types
New email alert appointment event types are now available in your General Case Management system. An email alert can now be triggered when a client responds to an appointment text message reminder. The new email alert event types are Appointment Cancellation Request that will trigger if the client responds by texting “r” to reschedule and Appointment Confirmed alert that will trigger if the client responds with “c” to confirm. Bug Fixes
Custom Form - Paragraph Field Height Could Not be Adjusted
This has been resolved for the Foster Care System. Now both the height and width of a custom form paragraph field can be adjusted by clicking, holding, and dragging the window from the lower right-hand corner.
