A modification has been made to the response for the Forgot your passwords? link on the extendedReach login page. As a security enhancement the modification was made to provide no indication if the email address provided is found within a database. See the new response below.
We have attempted to send a password reset link to example@mail.com. If this email address has been registered with extendedReach the message should arrive shortly.
Home Activity Types - Custom Form Fields Show in Description
Now when a home activity that is configured with a custom form for fields to show in the description is submitted from the foster family website the fields will be copied into the form description.
Bug Fixes
Foster Family Website - Public Foster Home Inquiry Form URL Containing Errant Slash Character
This has been resolved. The extra character causing rendering issues such as not displaying agency logos have been removed and the logic has been adjusted. No action is needed from agencies with this implemented.
Texas Provider Gateway - Data Transmission Timeout Error and Problematic Characters
This has been resolved. The threshold for the transmission of data has been increased. Problematic characters within records are now being encoded to reduce the possibility of the recorder being rejected by the Texas Provider Gateway.
