Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) - System Configurations

Introduction

 

This article will walk you through the overview of system features that:

 

  • may need to be configured or reconfigured to capture T3C requirements.
  • are examples for consideration to determining the need for the addition of a program or organization to met T3C requirements.
  • list what extendedReach can assist with or add to your system for T3C requirements.

 

 

Prerequisites

 

  • Texas Foster Care/Residential System
  • An extendedReach User ID with Full Administrator user permissions

For You to Configure or Reconfigure

 

  • Please review the table below to consider how you currently use the features listed for your system.
  • Then consider the question in column two and if you will be able to configure or reconfigure the features to meet T3C requirements.
    • If yes,
      • See linked help center articles for instructions on configuring or reconfiguring.
    • If no,
      • Take time to consider if you may need to add a new program or organization. For ease of tracking records in one place, staying with your current program is ideal.

Respite Homes

Are you currently tracking respite?

If so, are you able to track respite for legacy and any T3C placements?

 

  • Track respite if not already doing so.
  • Make any needed changes to respite payment to meet T3C requirements.

Foster Parent Training Hours

Are you able to configure Foster Parent Training Hours for legacy and any new needed T3C requirements?

  • Configure Foster Parent Training Hours for any new needed T3C requirement.

Provider Types (Household)/(Other Residence)

Are you able add provider types to match credentialed service packages for T3C?

Organization Custom Fields

Are you using organization custom fields? If so, do you have extra fields available to allow you to add fields you may need for T3C?

Feature Adding/Assisting with
Funding Organizations Needed for T3C please email Support to add to your programs.
Enterprise Financials Please contact your Customer Success Manager for T3C needs with enterprise financials setup.
Rate Sheets Can add rates into your system for service packages and add-ons for Foster Care using numbers 1-9 to designate the service package and ABC to designate the add-on(s) and Tier I and Tier II for Residential.
Revisions Date tracking for case and home files field changes that may need to be tracked for T3C. Please email Support for adding revision tracking.

Zoho Report Templates

Can add reports for tracking outcomes in your Zoho. More details to come.
