Implementation/System Configuration

What extendedReach system updates or changes should we anticipate based on the new T3C requirements?

extendedReach is ready to capture T3C requirements. There will not be any changes to your current user interface. Reconfigurations may occur within your program(s), organization, and rate sheets. Please see our Help Center article about these reconfigurations: Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) - System Configurations

Will extendedReach help with any of the T3C setups?

Yes. Please see our Help Center article about what extendedReach will add or assist with: Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) - System Configurations

What is my agency responsible for to prepare our eR system for T3C?

To prepare for the T3C changes please see our Help Center article about system configurations you will need to configure or reconfigure in preparation for T3C: Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) - System Configurations

License Types

With T3C, a home may be licensed for multiple license types. We currently have the option to "Add License" for each home we manage. Can we continue to use this and account for all possible licenses a home may have?

extendedReach allows the Home Record to have multiple overlapping licenses. Please see our Help Center article for more details on license types for T3C: Texas Child-Centered Care (T3C) - System Configurations

Pricing

Will my extendedReach cost change?

It depends. If your current extendedReach organization and program structure is able to support the changes needed for T3C, your cost will not change. For ease of tracking records in one place, staying with your current program is ideal. If not, you may need to add a new organization and/or program(s).

If you are not currently using Zoho Analytics, we recommend you do so in order to capture all the data/reporting required by T3C.

Please reach out to your Customer Success Manager for more information on rates/packages.

Rates

With T3C, there will be Add-Ons to different rate packages. How will we track multiple rates?

Foster Care

extendedReach will be creating the combination possibilities of Service Packages and Add-On(s). With the rate names being long, numbers 1-9 will be used to designate the service package and ABC to designate the add-on(s) for Foster Care.

  • Example: 1A = Basic Foster Family Home with transition Support Services for Youth & Young Adults Add-On
  • Example: 1AC = Basic Foster Family Home, Transition Services, and Parenting and Pregnant Teens

GRO

With there being no add-ons for GRO the recommendation is to use 2 of your 10 Custom Fields available in the Case Record to Identify Service Package and Add-On (if seeing the above number/letter naming combination in the Foster Care example above doesn’t give enough information for your staff).

Program Categories can also be used for Service Package and Add-On. You would have to have each possible combination as a choice since there is no multi-select in the category. If you are using the Program Category and Sub-Category option, your Program Category would be the Service Packages and your Sub-Category would be all possible combinations of Add-Ons. A formula will be provided.

Training

Does extendedReach offer T3C training?

Yes. All trainings will be available in our Help Center following the completion of the training.

Can you refer me to a Zoho contact that we could go to for additional trainings?

For all available training offers please reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
