Introduction
This article will walk you through the process of enabling and configuring text appointment reminders. Appointment reminders will allow you to remind clients of upcoming appointments.
This article can also provide instructions if you need to modify your current appointment reminder configuration settings, replies, and messages.
Please Note:
After enabling and configuring the text message appointment reminders they will be automatically sent for cases with a mobile phone number entered on their case file general tab based on the reminder schedule.
Prerequisites
- Plus or Enterprise Plan
- An extendedReach User ID with Full Administrator user permissions.
If you do not have a Plus or Enterprise plan and are interested in adding text message appointment reminders to your system please contract your Customer Success Manager.
