Two-factor authentication is now available in the General Case Management system.

Updates to Existing Features
Two-Factor Authentication - Remember This Computer
The ability to hide the Remember this computer option on the two-factor authentication prompt for the Foster Care system has been added. For more details please see: Enabling and Applying Two-Factor Authentication (Foster Care/Residential)
Missed Activities Permission
If a caseworker does not have permission to click the Submit or Complete buttons they now will also not have permission to click the Missed button on an activity in the Foster Care system.
Bug Fixes
Incomplete Descriptions for Custom Forms
This has been resolved. For fields that had the Show in description option enabled on custom forms entered in the foster family website the description is now displaying.
Missing Calendar Entries
This has been resolved. All calendar entries containing \ are now properly displaying on the calendar.
Zoho Export Mismatching Columns
This is resolved. All columns are now properly working on the Zoho export.
Electronic Signatures Displaying Twice on the Same Form
This is resolved. This occurred for multiple signatures pulling onto a form from the Staff Profiles with the same file name such as “signature.gif.” All existing forms signatures are now properly displaying.
Blank Inbound Email
This is resolved. For emails being sent to the extendedReach scanner inbox if the body is blank or missing, extendedReach will now attempt to find the relevant information in the marked-up (text/html) version of the message. Any affected emails prior to the fix will need to be resent.
