Introduction
This article will walk you through the process of adding reports/activities to case note summary print templates.
Prerequisites
- An extendedReach User ID with one of the following user permissions:
- Full Administrator
- Restricted Administrator - Forms Administration
- Have the field code <*CN> (for case files) <*HCN> (for home files) in your system found at:
- Administration Menu > Organization Settings > Field Codes for Foster Care/Residential
- Administration Menu > System Settings > Field Codes for General Case Management
- To add the field code to your system submit a ticket to support@extendedreach.com
- A Word document with at least the field code <*CN> (for case files) OR <*HCN> (for home files) added as a home or program print template. See the below for adding print templates:
