Print Template - Case Note Summary

Introduction

 

This article will walk you through the process of adding reports/activities to case note summary print templates.

 

 

Prerequisites

 

  • An extendedReach User ID with one of the following user permissions:
    • Full Administrator
    • Restricted Administrator - Forms Administration
  • Have the field code <*CN> (for case files) <*HCN> (for home files) in your system found at:
    • Administration Menu > Organization Settings > Field Codes for Foster Care/Residential
    • Administration Menu > System Settings > Field Codes for General Case Management 
  • A Word document with at least the field code <*CN> (for case files) OR <*HCN> (for home files) added as a home or program print template. See the below for adding print templates:
