Introduction
This article will walk you through the process of using the Group By options for generating claims. Being able to group can save time and increase accuracy when you want to only generate claims for specific records.
Prerequisites
- Enterprise Financials & Enterprise Claims is enabled and set up. If your agency doesn’t currently have this option and you’re interested in learning more, please contact success@extendedreach.com
- Contracted separately with Waystar (claims clearinghouse). Set up and ongoing use of these services must be managed by your agency and Waystar
- Be a Full Administrator or a Restricted Administrator - Billing Administrator
- Have billable activities in Completed status for cases with insurance selected on the Case > Insurance tab
