The SFTP feature will allow you to receive your extendedReach data in the form of CSV files.
How do I enable the SFTP feature in my system?
The SFTP feature is an add on. You will need to contact and work with your agency Customer Success Manager to discuss adding the SFTP feature to your system.
What do I need to provide extendedReach to enable the feature after working with my Customer Success Manager?
You will need your own secure SFTP site for the files to sync to and be able to provide the credentials to extendedReach staff to configure your data sync.
When will my data syncs occur?
Once the SFTP feature is configured, the data sync will occur nightly.
