How do I transmit information from extendedReach to Texas Provider Gateway

extendedReach can be configured to integrate with the Texas Provider Gateway (TPG) to transmit home information to their portal.  If your extendedReach system isn't configured with this integration, send an email to support@extendedreach.com for information on how to get the process initiated.

Once your system has been configured, you can view the TPG settings from Organization Settings > Organization Preferences > General tab, look for the section named "Texas Provider Gateway (TPG)"

Here are the items needed for each home in order to transmit data to the TPG:

1) Each Home will need to have a Resource ID number entered.  The Resouce ID number field can be found on the Licensing tab of the Home record.

2) Each Home will need to have the Home Report named "TPG Resource Preferences" filled out with their home preferences.  This form is also set up so that the family can fill it out by logging into the Foster Family Website.

3) In the Organization Preferences, be sure one of the options for how to transmit the data to TPG has been selected, or you can choose to manually send the data at any time.

Once data has been sent, you can view any errors from your extendedReach Organization Preferences so that you can make corrections before sending the data again.

Please Note:

Closing a home does not stop it being transmitted to TPG. There is a box on the Licensing tab called "Set status to "Inactive" on Texas Provider Gateway" which stops the home from being transmitted.
