Introduction

This article is meant to assist you with creating group session notes. Any activity or report can be created to add multiple clients and/or case relationships if the setting is configured by a system administrator.

Adding Members

When creating a group activity or report, you can add other active clients to the documentation by clicking on Add Members and selecting the case from the list that pops up.

Confirmation that the note was copied to additional client records

 

Add Worker’s Caseload 

Members of a worker’s caseload can be added to the group note by selecting Add worker’s caseload for this program. 

 

Add All Open Cases

All active cases in a program can be added to a group note by selecting Add all open cases in program.

 

Add from People Tab

Client relationships that are listed on the People Tab can be added to group notes by clicking on the Participants field and selecting from the drop down of relationships. If a participant is not on the dropdown list, you can create a new relationship directly from the form.
