Introduction
This article is meant to assist you with adding a Foster Home Training to a home profile. If you have a question not addressed here, you can contact support at support@extendedreach.com.
Steps to Creating a Record of Foster Home Training
From a Home, hover over the “Add Activity” button on the action bar and select “Training”.

Complete the fields and be sure to save your work.

Select the Training Status you wish to record: Attended, Registered, or No Show.

To view all trainings completed in the home's profile, go to the Home File tab -> Show: Trainings. This will show totals for both parents or individuals for the licensing year.

You can also view specific trainings by using the drop-down menu and selecting the name of the training you are wanting to view.
Ways to Manage a Record of Foster Home Training
Manage training rosters by marking a training as “Registered” (vs. Attended).

You can use Excel button to generate/print a roster/sign-in sheet. Use the checkboxes to mark “Attended” (changes status from “Registered” to “Attended”) or “No Show” (changes status from “Registered” to “No Show”).
