This article is meant to assist you with closing home in the extendedReach system. If you have a question not addressed here, you can contact support at support@extendedreach.com.
Closing a Home
From a home file, hover over the “Status” button in the action bar and click on “Discharge” from the drop-down menu.

A pop-up will appear asking for more information. Complete the highlighted fields and click on the green “Submit” button.
