Prerequisites
- A Foster Care/Residential System
- An extendedReach User ID with Full Administrator user permission
- Needed to follow all the instructions below.
- Manage Auditor Access permission
- Needed to follow instructions for granting and removing auditor access
Overview of Auditor Role View
Below you will see an overview of what an auditor signed in with an auditor role User ID will be able to view for a case file. The view is generally the same for home and staff profiles as well.
Above screenshot shows the location of items 1-4 covered below.
- Show Drop-Down: A list of all cases, homes, and staff profiles the auditor was provided access to.
- Basic Information: This section will provide basic information on the case, home, or staff profile. For cases, the allergies and chronic health information will only display if enabled on the auditor User ID to.
- Filter files: A search box where an auditor can search for a specific activity/report or document/training.
- View: Clicking on this hyperlink will take the auditor to the activity/report or document/training to view it in read only.

Q: Why am I not seeing the auditor role as an option in my general case management system?
A: The auditor role is a feature only available in the foster care/residential systems.
Q: Why am I not seeing the auditor access button on the top menu of a case?
A: You will need to have the manage auditor access permission to see the auditor access button.
