Explanation of Tracking Adoption Cases Configuration
If your agency tracks Fost-Adopt or Straight Adoptions, you will need to enable adoption tracking for your workers. Straight Adoptions do not require a new program, however, Activity and Report compliance tab lists do require some adjustments to identify which items don’t apply to adoptions.
Security Level Requirements and Access
You must be an Agency Administrator to access the “Administration” menu on the left side of your Workspace. Hover over Organization Settings and click on “Organizational Preferences”.
