Introduction
This article is meant to assist you with the Inquiries in the Foster Family Website.

Explanation and Purpose of Family Web Inquiries Tab
Agencies can integrate extendedReach with their public websites, using the codes on this page.
Family Web Security Level Requirements and Access
You must be an Agency Administrator to access “Administration” on the left side of your Workspace. Go to “Organization Settings” , click on “Organization Preferences”, and select the “Family Web” tab at the top of the screen and click on “Edit”.

Inquiry Form Settings

Field Name | Description |

Default Worker | Default caseworker |
Notify Email(s) | You can include any email addresses in this box to notify them |
Options | Check the box next to the options you wish to include. |
Ask “Which of our office locations is closest to your home?” | Identify which branch is closest to the home |
Inquiry Integration Code
You can use Option 1 to copy and paste the form link to add to your public website or user Option 2 to embed the link into an existing web page.

You can use the link in the Training Signup Integration Code box to embed a list of upcoming training classes on your agency's website. Typically used by agencies who hold periodic orientation classes. When homes sign up for these classes, an inquiry record is created in extendedReach, and the registration is tracked.

Cascading Style Sheets (Expert Only)
You can add your own code in this box, which will appear in the inquiry form, within style “<>” tags.

You can add your own code in this box, which will appear on the acknowledgement page.
