User ID Reset for a User in the Foster Family Website Process
If a foster family wants to change the email address(es) or passwords they use to login to the Foster Family Website, it requires that the agency deactivate and re-activate their existing user IDs. All website information will be retained, so at the end of this process the foster family can pick up right where they left off.
Step #1. Receive notification from Foster Family Website User.
The foster family will need to notify the agency if they wish to change their user IDs or password(s). In their Foster Family Web user manual, they are instructed to notify their agency.
Step #2. Access the “Family Web” tab within the Home file of the user.
