Explanation and Purpose of Posting Messages to the Foster Family Website
Posting messages to the Foster Family Website is a quick communication tool. These messages are known by families as “Private Posts with your Caseworker”. They are not included in Case Notes, as they are not official records. Posting a message will show on the Foster Family Website “Communication” tab. It will also generate an email to the family with the content of the message.
There are two ways of posting a message on the Foster Family Website:
Option 1. From your extendedReach Home Page, click on “Post Message to Homes”.
NOTE: the setting "Add: Home Activities" must be enabled in the user's User ID in order to post messages to the homes.
