Introduction

This article is meant to assist you with the navigating the Referral Tab in the Case File Screen. This tab will only appear if the case was a referral at one point in time.

Field Name Description
Track Referral Details When this box is checked, referral details are being tracked. If you do not want to track these details, un-check the box.
Referral Date/Time Date and time the referral was received
Who Took Referral Name of the worker who took the referral
Reason for Referral Pick and choose a reason for the referral; use the green + icon to add a customized reason
Addl. Reason If there is a secondary reason for the referral, pick and choose the reason or use the use the green + icon to add a customized reason
Referral Source Select the referral source or use the green + icon to add a customized reason
