This article is meant to assist you with the Allergies Portion in a Case Screen.

Case Screen: Health Tab Allergies Layout

 

The Allergies tab can be accessed under the Records tab. Record medication, food, and environmental allergies in this tab.

Medication Allergies and/or Reactions

 

Enter all known medication allergies and/or reactions into this section. If there are no known allergies to specific medication, select "No known medication allergies/reactions". Indicate whether the allergy can cause death or other serious illness by checking the box "Allergy is life-threatening".

Food Allergies and/or Reactions

 

Enter all known food and dietary allergies and/or reactions into this section. If there are no known food allergies to specific medication, select "No known medication allergies/reactions". Indicate whether the allergy can cause death or other serious illness by checking the box "Allergy is life-threatening".  If medication can relive or prevent allergy symptoms, check the box "Allergy requires medication to prevent or relieve symptoms"

Environmental Allergies and/or Reactions

 

Enter all known environmental allergies and/or reactions into this section (e.g. pollen). If there are no known environmental allergies to specific medication, select "No known medication allergies/reactions". Indicate whether the allergy can cause death or other serious illness by checking the box "Allergy is life-threatening".  If medication can relive or prevent allergy symptoms, check the box "Allergy requires medication to prevent or relieve symptoms"
