Introduction

 

This article is meant to assist you with adding a case.

Adding a New Case from Workspace

 

Hover over the “Add Case” button on the action bar on your workspace, and select a program. You will then be redirected to the General tab of a new case -- complete the fields and be sure to save your work!

Admit from Foster Care

 

You must have a Foster Care module in extendedReach for this to function. 

Click on Add Case and scroll down to where it says "Admit from Foster Care". A pop-up will then appear allowing you to search for the individual that you want to add. Select the individual you want to admit.

Accept a Pending Referral

 

To open a case that was a referral, click on Referral Status and select "Accept Referral + Open Case".

Note: a pop-up may appear when accepting/opening the case. You will need to disable your pop-up blocker in order to properly accept/open the case.
