Introduction

Security Level Requirements and Access

You must be an Agency Administrator to access the "Administration" menu on the left side of your Workspace.

Enabling the HIV Status Field on Case

Navigate to Administration menu on the Workspace to System Settings > System Configuration.

Select the General tab and click the Edit button on the top menu. In the System Settings section and search for "Cases: Show HIV Status” in the Filter settings: search box.
 
Check the box for "Cases: Show HIV Status".

To configure options for the HIV Status field, navigate to the Keywords tab. In the Case Keywords section scroll to the HIV Status textbox. Add the needed options and click the Save button on the top menu when done.

Making the HIV Status Field on a Case Required

To make the HIV Status field required, navigate to Administration menu on the Workspace to Program Settings > Programs > Name of the Program to require the field on.

Select the Setup tab and click the Edit button on the top menu. Scroll to the Required Case Fields section and check the box for "HIV Status" and click the Save button on the top menu when done.

Where the HIV Status Field is on a Case

When on a Case navigate to the Heath tab > Summary tab. See the Chronic Health Conditions section and see the HIV Status field.
