General Case Manager - Enabling and Configuring Advanced Staff Documents and Trainings (Custom Forms)

Introduction

 

This article will walk you through the process of enabling and configuring Advanced Staff Documents and Trainings. This will allow for staff documents and trainings to be built out within a custom form. This will also allow for staff trainings to be tracked on configured training categories on the staff compliance tab.

 

Prerequisites

 

An extendedReach User ID with Full Administrator user permissions

Overview  - Field Types for Staff Document/Training Custom Forms

 

Field Name Description
Section Break Provides a section header or label.
Guidelines\Help Text Provides formattable text that is not able to edited by the user.
Single Line Text Provides a text box for short answers. Allows any character.
Date Provides a calendar to select a date.
Time Provides a time picker in five minute increments.
Number Provides a text box allowing only numbers and one decimal. Other special characters are not supported.
Dropdown Provides a drop-down menu to choose one option from a customizable list.
Paragraph Provides a text box for long answers that can be set to small, medium, or large display sizes.
Checkboxes Provides a multiple selection option from a customizable list. Allows for an Other option and fill in the blank.
Multiple Choice Provides a radio button-style field to choose one option from a customizable list. Allows for an Other option and fill in the blank. 
Signature Provides a signature field that can be signed with a mouse or touch screen.
Treatment Goals Provides a filed that pulls in client's active treatment goals from the Treatment Goal tab.

Page Break

Provides a break to a new page for printing purposes.

Copy Another Form

Provide a pop-up of all custom forms that have been created and saved in your extendedReach system.
