Introduction

Explanation and Purpose of Staff Custom Forms
To build custom staff documents and staff trainings using the advanced Custom Form Builder.
Security Level Requirements and Access
You must be an Agency Administrator to access the “Administration” menu on the left side of your Workspace.
Enabling Staff Custom Forms
This functionality can be enabled on the System Settings. To navigate to System Settings from the workspace go to Administration on the side menu > System Settings > System Configuration.

Select the General tab and click Edit. Scroll to Options and search for "Staff: Advanced Staff Documents + Training (Custom Forms)” in Filter Settings. Check the box and click Save.

Creating a Staff Custom Form
To create a staff Custom form, navigate to Administration on the side menu > Organization Settings.
There you will see two new options will appear: Staff Document Types and Staff Training Types.

Creating a Staff Document
Select Staff Document Types from the Organization Settings and then Add Document Type.

To create a custom Staff Document, navigate to the Custom tab, where you will be able to access the custom form design space and tools. To have a Staff Document appear on a Staff Compliance tab check the Mandatory box on the Staff Document General tab.

Creating a Staff Training
Select Staff Training Types from the Organization Settings and then Add Training Type.

To create a custom Staff Training, navigate to the Custom tab, where you will be able to access the custom form design space and tools. To have a Staff Training appear on a Staff Compliance tab check the Mandatory box on the Staff Training General tab.

Access/Adding Staff Custom Forms
Staff Trainings will still be accessible through Staff>Directory and then selecting the necessary staff member. (System administrators can also access this space through the Staff Profile) You will still be able to add documents or trainings that are not mandatory to the staff from this area as well as view the Staff Compliance tab.
