Zoho Analytics is a third party custom report and dash builder included in our Plus and Enterprise packages. Once activated, use the following login steps to access it.
- Organization Settings>Zoho Administration
- A popup will show your Zoho password.
- Copy the displayed password.
- Click Close.
- A Login Display appears.
- Paste password in Password field.
- Click SIGN IN.
- Click REMIND ME LATER.
- (We recommend an agency ignore the Two Factor Authentication.)
- If an agency chooses to use Two Factor Authentication, eR staff will not be able to unlock it if your agency staff member leaves. We would refer the agency to Zoho’s direct support.
