General Case Management - Add an Email Disclaimer

You can now create a custom disclaimer and have it attached to the bottom of all outbound emails from extendedReach. 📧

To get started, go to System Settings > System Configuration > enable “System: Append disclaimer to outbound emails”.

Once enabled, scroll down on the General tab (under System Configuration) to create the disclaimer in the “Email Disclaimer (Outbound)” section.

The disclaimer will automatically appear on all email alerts and external signature requests.
