If you cannot see your inbox, or the items you have sent to it, reach out to your agency administrator and have them go to the settings of your inbox (Organization Settings > Inboxes).
Ask them to refresh your inbox (they will click on your inbox name, click on Edit, then Save).
Once they have refreshed your inbox, refresh your browser. Your items should appear. If they do not, ask an administrator to contact support@extendedreach.com.
If you do not have an inbox, an agency administrator can create one for you.
