If you find that spam is being sent to your inbox, click on File This > Delete. This will not open any files that have been sent to you and will not add viruses to your computer.
If spam messages continue to appear in your inbox, contact an agency administrator and have them delete your inbox and create a new one.
To prevent the spam from returning, make sure the new inbox is using a different prefix and that the email address for the inbox is not being shared with anyone else.
