When you need to stop tracking an item with an expiration date, locate the item under the Case File or Home File tab. Click on the item then click on Stop Tracking Expiration.
The item will then remove the expiration date and will make a note of who disabled the tracking.
Note: Only users with the security permissions to "Change Due Dates / Delete Activities + Reports with Due Dates" or "Allow 'Stop Tracking Expiration' Dates on Activities + Reports" can make this change.
