To put a Home on hold, go to the Home profile and click "Edit".
After selecting "Edit", the "On Hold" option will appear under the Intake Date on the Home General Tab. Once "On Hold" is selected, options will appear for more details regarding the on-hold status. (Clicking "Hide due tasks while on-hold" will affect the due tasks but not the expiring tasks.)
Once a home is on hold, a red "On Hold" will show under the home name.
If you did not see the "On Hold" option in the Home File, please contact your agency administrator as they may have security restrictions in place that prevent users from placing homes on hold.
