Introduction
This article is meant to review Security Rights (i.e., User Permissions) found on the individual User ID (or User Group if enabled). System Administrators may access this information from Organization Settings > User ID or Organization Settings > User Groups (if User Groups are enabled for your organization).

Administrator Roles
If the User or User Group will be a Full Administrator, select Full Administrator in the drop down.
To select one or more Restricted Administrator role in the drop down and check the box of the desired permission(s) for the User/User Group.
If the User/User Group will be a Branch Administrator, select from the drop down.

Additional permissions are available to Users/User Groups.
Note: the permissions have been categorized below to assist Full System Administrators in understanding the connection of the setting to its use in the system. The order does not match the order on the User ID/User Group page for this reason.
Additional Permission Considerations
If utilizing the Foster Family Website feature, to ensure the User ID has permission to access and view the Foster Family Website tab of a home file the User will need to met one of the following (if applicable)
- The permission: "Access confidential information for all homes" has to be checked
- The permission "Access confidential information for all homes in user's Branch" has to be checked
- The permission "Access confidential information for all homes in select Branch(s) (below)" has to be checked and Branch(s) selected
- The permission "Access confidential information for assigned workspace homes (for House Worker/Parent Role)" has to be checked, specific Home(s) selected, and House Worker/Parent Role selected
- Their User ID is an Administrator Role
- The User is the assigned Primary/Secondary Worker for the home file
- The User is a Supervisor of the assigned Primary/Secondary Worker of the home file
