When the data in an AR or AP generation is incorrect, you can correct it on the relevant case/home, so long as the billing has not been posted. Changes that can be made that will affect billing are: client date of birth, client rate level/effective date, placement date, admission date, and discharge date.
Once you make the necessary changes, you will need to re-generate the AR and/or AP to reflect the new changes.
To re-generate, go to Organization Billing > Days Care: AR Generation or Days Care: AP Generation.
