Introduction

This article provides an overview of the Communication section of the Foster Family Website. The Foster Family Website provides a forum for families and agencies to communicate, share documents, and access information. 

Overview

The Communication section of the Foster Family Website is designed to allow simple messages to be sent between a family and agency staff as well as among foster homes. It is also a place to access general announcements, licensing checklists, reminders, and resources.

Private Posts 

Send private messages to your  Caseworker – Click in the box to to type a note or ask a question.

These messages are visible only to your parents in your foster home and agency staff.

  • If this message is specific to one or more children, check the box next to the name of the child(ren).
  • Add File Attachments (if appropriate) 
  • To complete your post, click on “Submit”.

Click in the box to to type questions and share information with other Foster Parents, and press “Submit”.

Reminders

This is a chronological, 90-day reminder list of items that apply to your home and children in your care. If you click on “View all on calendar”, you can see items in a calendar format.
